Join us at our first seminar on the topic of FOOD SOVEREIGNTY! All speakers will work with the title of "Trajectories of Change in Food Systems Around the World". The event is free and open to all interested in learning more about food security and food sovereignty. The event is a way to broaden our knowledge about this field, both globally and locally here in Denmark. The two speakers Koen Dekeyser and Alder Keleman Saxena will have an academic approach, while Emøke Bendixen and Josephine Ellemose Honoré will have a practitioners approach, giving us insight into two Danish organisations; Frøsamlerne (The Seed Collectors), and Permaculture Aarhus. As all of our events at Center for Environmental Humanities, this is also intended to be a networking event, giving all students and academics with shared interest in how humans and the environment interrelate a room to meet and network. Therefor we will provide a cozy environment, and refreshments will be served. WHEN AND WHERE Tuesday, April 25th from 16:00 to 19:00 Nobelparken - Building 1453 - Room 415
