Gastronomy stands at a crossroads. The ways we produce, cook, consume, eat, and tell stories about food are seriously challenged – by ecological crisis, political instability, and a food system under profound strain.
This conference brings together researchers, educators, food writers, chefs, retailers, farmers, and food producers to think together at the edge of that transition. We will explore, experiment, and challenge the dilemmas of our relationship with food – with curiosity, care, and a commitment to nourishing futures.
