In these times of cascading social and ecological crisis, the question of how we imagine, describe, and perform our relationship with the world around us has acquired a new urgency. Taking shifting configurations of curation and catastrophe as its provocation, this afternoon seminar will bring together two leading scholar-practitioners to investigate the challenges and opportunities of museums and other exhibition spaces as catalysts for social change in the Anthropocene, this new geological epoch of our own making.
